The Kindness and Chaos Crew provides these buckets, gifts, treats, crafts, and other items free of charge as a community kindness project.

By accepting any item provided by the Kindness and Chaos Crew, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Acceptance of all items is voluntary.
• Please inspect all items before use.
• Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising children and determining whether any item is appropriate for them.
• Some items may contain small parts or present choking hazards for young children. Follow any applicable age recommendations.
• Food, candy, or edible items may contain or be processed around common allergens. Individuals with allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review all original packaging before consumption.
• Items are provided in good faith and should be used only as intended.
• The Kindness and Chaos Crew, its creator, volunteers, contributors, and anyone assisting with this project make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the items provided.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Kindness and Chaos Crew, its creator, volunteers, and contributors shall not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, choking incident, property damage, loss, or other claim arising from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any item provided through this community project.
